Through specialized training and strategic partnerships, she equips environmental services teams to perform at a professional, audit-ready level—redefining the vital role frontline workers play in safety and care.
Sabrina brings a diverse and impactful background in the healthcare industry. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education and a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
This unique combination of clinical environmental services expertise, regulatory safety, training and behavioral science leads to SteriVance’s approach to closing the execution gap in healthcare infection prevention for EVS teams.
In her professional career she held positions as a health educator and preventive specialist, training and development specialist, and non-profit manager. Sabrina is certified as a Surgical Cleaning Technician Trainer, Custodial Technician Trainer, and an Authorized OSHA General Industry Trainer.
Each chapter of her professional journey has intentionally prepared her for her role as a founder and leader, shaping the vision behind SteriVance.
Her mission is to transform the perception of the environmental services and custodial profession—positioning frontline workers as respected and essential members of the healthcare team.
